Well... It's done...
Wow...this image was very laborious...but I liked the final image...
I used Photoshop CS + Wacom Intuos2+ My face as reference! hahahahaha!! I hate me!!

Ouch... that is Creepy... you can almost feel the mold in those nails, and the stench her breath... yewk!!!
